Pecan Crescent Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter or margarine
  • 8 Tbs sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups pecans cut fine
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°
  2. Cream butter and sugar
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well
  4. Form into crescents on un-greased sheet
  5. Bake at 325° for about 20 min
  6. Roll in powdered sugar while hot
