No-Knead Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. active dry yeast
  • 1½ cups water

Directions

  1. Combine dry ingredients
  2. Add water and mix until dough forms
  3. Let rise covered for 12–18 hours
  4. Pre-heat oven to 500°F with dutch oven inside
  5. Dump onto floured surface; fold in thirds and then fold again; dust with wheat bran
  6. Throw dough into dutch oven and bake 30 minutes covered
  7. Uncover pot and bake another 15 mins
