Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. active dry yeast
- 1½ cups water
Directions
- Combine dry ingredients
- Add water and mix until dough forms
- Let rise covered for 12–18 hours
- Pre-heat oven to 500°F with dutch oven inside
- Dump onto floured surface; fold in thirds and then fold again; dust with wheat bran
- Throw dough into dutch oven and bake 30 minutes covered
- Uncover pot and bake another 15 mins
